Dabo Swinney on Clelin Ferrell & Christian Wilkins returning for 2018: "Bottom line is they didn't get the grade they wanted. They both got second round grades. Their goal is to be a no-doubt first rounder. I think if they got first-round grades from the NFL committee, they would've gone. They didn't. They're coming back highly motivated." Said Mitch Hyatt had a third-round grade.

Signing day: Tide get Surtain; Dawgs sit No. 1

Defensive back Patrick Surtain Jr., the top available recruit in the ESPN 300 on national signing day, picked Alabama. Georgia, however, is at No. 1 in the class rankings.
