Joel Embiid delivered a flagrant foul on a driving Luke Kornet, sparking a mini run by New York. Kornet hit two free throws on the tech, a put-back layup and defended an Embiid layup well at the third quarter buzzer to help New York cut Philly's lead to one entering the third. New York trailed by 24 in the first half.
